Zoe Woodward is a California transplant who moved to Pennsylvania in 2016. She has been teaching yoga for the last 5 years and found yoga while pregnant with her first son. After realizing the immediate benefits of a yoga practice, she immersed herself fully into the lifestyle and practice of yoga.
Primarily teaching Hatha as a base, she encourages her students to grow from a stable platform, finding calmness, vulnerability, and fearlessness from within.
Away from the studio, she writes, creates social media content, and spends time with family.
Her classes will be held on Saturdays every month.
